Biozorb Marker Removal
Can you point me to a specific plastic surgeon that was willing to remove a recalled biozorb marker? My mom is anxious about hers remaining in her body but has struck out with local plastic surgeons being willing to remove it. I would love to compile a list of clinicians I can bring to her to connect with! Thank you so much for your guidance and wishing you the best.

Hi worryingdaughter - have you contacted the breast surgeon that placed the Biozorb marker? I think many surgeons do not like to undo or correct other surgeon’s work.
I also have a Biozorb marker and am aware that it has been recalled. My recent mammogram indicated it is still in the correct location but I can certainly understand and share your mom’s concern.
