Had my first chemo
I started chemo treatments after getting cancer again in the other breast. I have a gene mutation that has caused my cancer which is why I agreed to chemo. My sleep is inconsistent, but I am staying positive. I pray a lot!

I haven’t had chemo but wanted to send kind thoughts. I found brown noise for 5 to 10 minutes before bedtime helps clear the clutter and sleep better. Hope this helps.
