  • @kks_11 I am so glad to hear your mammo was clear. I’m going to have to remember PFC! How appropriate! I hope rads go well for you. After my Taxol I will do rads. I have no idea what to expect. Did you experience similar side effects as chemo? I am so ready to be back at work in my regular routine.

@motherfun rads is generally easier than chemo - though I'm sure that varies based on what kind of chemo, etc. The side effects are usually skin changes (redness like a sunburn) and fatigue. I also personally found that by the time I got to radiation, I'm just over being in treatment altogether -- and going daily for treatment is a grind. I have to leave work early so I can't exactly claim to be working full-time these days, but work feels manageable. My treatments are at the end of the day (3:45) so if I need to crash after, I can.

Remind me, when will you be done with taxol?

Hope all who read this are doing OK today ☀️
