    Hi @zohra 💗

A keto (ketogenic) diet is a way of eating that’s very low in carbohydrates, moderate in protein, and high in fats, with the goal of shifting the body into ketosis (using fat rather than carbs for energy). Foods often include meats, eggs, cheese, healthy fats, nuts, and low-carb vegetables, while limiting bread, pasta, rice, sugar, and most fruits.

Some members do eat red meat and cheese in moderation, while others choose to limit or avoid them based on personal preference, side effects, or guidance from their care team.

If you’re considering keto during or after treatment, it’s important to check with your oncologist or a registered dietitian, since nutritional needs can vary and some treatments affect cholesterol, digestion, or weight.

Are you considering a keto diet?
