Hi, all I switched to Exemestane from Letrazole due to unbearable rash with the Kisqali/Letrozole combo. But on Exemestane the skin on my palms and feet is scaling, peeling off. Any advice? Also my hair is thining. What SE do you have and how do you deal with them? Thanks
