Toxic Granulation

I am on Taxotere and Cytoxan.  I am scheduled to have my fourth of four treatments tomorrow (02.11).  I had my pre-treatment blood draw today (02.10) and the nurse called me to say my results show Toxic Granulation with Dohle bodies present.  I will see my oncologist tomorrow before treatment and (according to the nurse) he will determine if I am well enough to have treatment.

So, what is "Toxic Granulation" ???  Further, what are "Dohle" bodies ???

I'd love to know what others know about these conditions.
