Good Night All!
0 -
Evening Ladies - stayed out late last night at a really good concert and have been singing along to the CD I bought there all day. Cold here but nothing extreme. I have a friend who recently had a recurrence necessitating a mx and now she is waiting for test results on something suspicious in her lungs, on top of all that her brother just died - she could do with some virtual support!!! Please keep her in your thoughts. Thank you so much.

list edited to add FEC (thanks Lindasa)
Ainm, happy you got to enjoy a good concert. It's so important that we continue to treat ourselves and not languish in the doldrums. My prayers are going up for your friend that the test results will find nothing worrisome but entirely treatable. Condolences to the family on the loss of her brother.

Today wasn't as nice as yesterday, but still got stuff done. Made a huge batch of fish food, hoed some weeds and had a visit from a friend.
Good night, ladies.

Morning ladies, I'm trying to get some exercise in between, doing laundry, trying to renew health ins, sorting mum out and getting the office work done but I am so disorganised I keep skipping from one thing to the other without finishing anything...................HELP!!!
Other than my mini breakdown I hope everyone has a really good day.

Thank you, Ainm, I hope yours gets better.

Well, got through the laundry eventually. Got the med ins renewed. Did about 40mins exercise. Did a few bits and pieces for mum but never made it to the office so I guess it was a relatively productive day.
Hope you all had a good day.
Relaxing now for a little while before bedtime.
Nite nite!!

Last weekend I heard a ruckus in our front yard, DH returned to the backyard as a proud hunter. He held a 5-gal bucket with the biggest gopher in it. Unfortunately he had met his demise...no idea how.

Got big plans for the day, Patoo?

Nah. At work then the gym. Expecting snow storm Saturday so may do some shopping tonight since everyone else will probably be there tomorrow night. Then again, snow is supposed to start tomorrow so it may be crowded tonight instead. Don't know why my DS thinks we should have food in the house. All it does is make me fat!
I won't mind the snow as long as it hits after I get home tomorrow night. Shovelling is good exercise and being indoors will give me a reason to clean house.
How about you - any plans for today and the weekend?

Of course I didn't get it. My middle name is 'Procrastinate'. I will park my car at the end of the driveway cutting at least one-third of the work. Then I'll have all of Saturday to push aside the other 2/3's. If I have energy after the gym tonight maybe I'll go by Home Depot or Lowes to see what they have but it's probably too late anyway. The gas ones are too heavy for me to cart home myself and then they have to be assembled somewhat so lost my window for delivery and setup before the storm.
But if your DH revs up that truck right away he can be here in what, 10 hours?
