We do. We have 3, but 1 is not hooked up and the one in the basement hardly gets turned on since our daughters moved out.

TV - big screen or smaller (the main one we watch is 32"; drives my daughters crazy that it's so small!!)

Our biggest TV is 26" (2005 model) and we really like it but we will get a bigger one when this one dies.

Do you prefer comedy or documentaries?

    I like comedies.

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I would probably like a zoo better so long as the animals are cute.

Have you been to a butterfly house at the zoo or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

No, we don't have one at our zoo. We have one at the Conservatory which I've been wanting to go to.

Do you go in the reptile house at the zoo or not? (I sat outside the last time. Lol)

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

LOL. I don't mind seeing reptiles so long as I don't have to see spiders.

Have you ever touched a snake at the zoo or not? I did as a child and it didn't feel as bad as it looks like it will.

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Not at the zoo. My Dad was a Boy Scout Leader and I touched a black snake at Boy Scout camp when I was little. And I didn't care for it much!! Lol

Have you ever had a bird land on your head at the zoo or not? (I did. Lol My hair was long, curly and light brown at the time. I had it pulled up in a loose bun and I think it thought it was a nest.)

I probably have had a bird land on my head years ago but I don't think it was at the zoo.

Are you familiar with Australian animals such as kangaroos and koalas or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Yes!!! I just saw both of them at our zoo a couple of weeks ago!! My daughter's favorite animal is koalas. Her nursery is decorated in koalas for my grandson!!

Are you familiar with the American animals such as the bald eagle and American bison or not?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Awww, koalas are so lovely. I see kangaroos on the way to an appointment most weeks.

I think I've seen those American animals on TV but I'm not very familiar with them.

Do you like dogs or cats more?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. It depends on the day of the week which one I like more. Lol

Do you wear your hair up or leave it down?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

    LOL about the animals.

I leave my hair down but I pin bits of it back if it gets in my face.

Do you prefer brown and beige to decorate your house with or blue and green?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Most of my house is decorated in blue. (ocean themed, go figure. Lol)

    watermelon

    Salt or not?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Ocean, an ocean themed blue house sounds lovely.

I don't usually add salt and I don't like very salty foods.

Do you prefer fine pepper or cracked black pepper or neither? I don't like any pepper.

  • vargadoll
    vargadoll Member Posts: 1,942

Love cracked black pepper (and pepper) I have never loved salt until just before my BC diagnosis. A few monthe before I was having alot of head aches and I noticed that they went away if I had salty foods (pickles..etc) I have craved salt since.

    Coffee straight or favored?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I don't drink coffee but I like coffee flavoured things, maybe with vanilla.

Do you add vanilla to your sweet cooking or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Only if a recipe calls for it.

pizza - veggies, meats or only cheese?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Vegies are good on pizza and so is chicken or ham but I'm not sure about other meats.

Have you ever had avocado on pizza? It works well.

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

My favorite pizza is at a local pizza shop. It's ham, bacon, pineapple & roasted almonds. It sounds strange but it's awesome!!

No, I've never had avacado on pizza. Sounds interesting.

Pizza with pineapple - yes or no?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Pineapple on pizza is good. The one you like sounds interesting too.

Do you prefer pizza or pasta?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

I like most pasta dishes. But I probably prefer pizza.

Do you prefer pasta with tomato sauce or alfredo sauce?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I would have pasta with a tomato based sauce because dairy doesn't agree with me.

Do you have any food sensitivities or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

No, I don't although sometimes spicy foods will effect my Rosacea and make my cheeks red. I'm sorry you have to deal with a dairy issue. That must be difficult.

Pizza crust - do you prefer thin crust or thick?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Thanks, Ocean, it is difficult but I can have some dairy.

I think a think pizza crust is better.

Do you eat out at restaurants very often?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Probably way more than we should. Especially now that our girls are grown.

Do you prefer eating out at a fast food drive-thru restaurant or a sit down restaurant?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I'd definitely prefer a sit down restaurant. I don't get much take away from chains.

Do you ever find it hard to think of a good question to ask on this thread or not, LOL?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Definitely! I think we're running out of This or That's. Lol

    French fries or onion rings?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I could eat a few French fries but they're too indigestible for me to have many.

    Chocolate or strawberry mousse?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

I could probably eat chocolate mousse but I would prefer chocolate pudding. Anything chocolate really would be great!! Lol

Do you prefer online shopping or in a store?
