Hard boil eggs, peel, chop, set aside. Make a cream sauce Tbls spoon or two of butter 1/4 cup flour 3/4 + cup milk . melt butter, add flour (turns pastey) add milk stir over medium heat til thick (I use a wisk so it does not get lumpy) when thickening, add eggs pepper & salt. pour over toast . yes...very much comfort food, fattening LOVE IT!
