Do you watch the msg, because of the migraines?

TRUE...it's the only and best way for me!

    juli0212 Member Posts: 801

True, breakfast cereal and coffee (you?)

Yes, msg is wicked on migraines/head pain in general.  It affects non-migraineurs as well.

The next person eats a light lunch, heavier supper.

    my3girls Member Posts: 1,291

False.   I am at work till 8pm...so don't really have much at all for dinner. Eat a late, heavier lunch.

I usually only have whole wheat toast and coffee.

The next person has several Christmas gifts bought. (I do!)

  • juli0212
    juli0212 Member Posts: 801

False...we don't buy gifts, give gift cards or money (needed by adult children/parents more).

(What do you eat for lunch then?  That's quite the light breakfast, any snack in-between?)

The next person loves to decorate for Xmas with outdoor lights.
