devilled eggs - hard boil some eggs, cool and remove shells. Cut in half carefully to preserve egg white halves and put yolks in a bowl. To the yolks add mayo and dry yellow mustard and white pepper to taste. I like a dash of tabasco sauce. Mix that up to a nice creamy consistency and put back into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika for a decorative touch.
I'd rather have a soft egg for breakfast, though.
