I am still staying at the same weight on Wed

Given my many weeks at one weight on Wed, and with my goal to get back to my pre-Covid weight, I am looking at this differently…I am now back to June 2023

I am checking in a day early because tomorrow I'm off to Florida for a week vacation with 3 friends of 50 years! I am down another pound, but I know I will be up again after this trip!!!!

Finally, after 4 weeks the same, down 3! …in my progress back to March 2020, I am now in May 2023.

Having a snow day from school here in SE Virginia…stay safe everyone, safe travels Ruth. TT

    Good for you, trmtab!

I am back to my lowest weight, 176.5. I'm happy with this status quo and will keep trying to lose.

Down 1 is good. I am—no surprise—up 3 this morning. I splurged with a McDonald's lunch yesterday, and enjoyed it. Have also been eating dark chocolate Easter candy for stress relief. Hope to be ride of that 3 lbs by next Wednesday.

Good news. I dropped 2 of the 3 lbs gained that I reported last Wed. So I'm 1 lb. up. But Saturday is my birthday and I'll be having a birthday lunch on Friday and a birthday dinner on Saturday. And we're having dinner tonight at a fried seafood restaurant. Not looking good for next Wednesday. LOL.

Good job, Carole! I am only 1.2 pounds up from my Florida vacation; so I will take that as a win!

Well, after a good long string of down or same weeks, I am up 1.5…no real eating reason, but work has been crazy so haven't been to the gym as much as usual…so not burning it off. Same difference at the end of the day.

Next week is Spring Break for me, so hope to do a lot of walking in Savannah GA…leave the car and walk, walk, walk!

No loss to report but no gain. Walking around Savannah sounds like fun. I enjoyed my visit there years ago.

I see my Dr tomorrow first thing in morning for a video appt so weighed today (Tuesday) so I could send her my weight log. Down 1lb, and am now back in my time log to my July 2022 weight…on a slow march back to my pre-covid March 2020 weight

    Happy for you, trmtab!!!

I weighed several days ago and was at my lowest so far, 10 lbs from starting point. We'll see how margaritas and Mexican food have or have not affected that number when I weigh tomorrow morning. I'm salt sensitive and can gain 3 to 4 lbs with a restaurant meal. That's why I decided against corned beef for St. Patrick's Day.

    Good work Ruth
I am the same….but okay as I was down last week…I feel like I’m slowly walking down a staircase, July 2022, just want to stay on the down escalator

To a good week ahead TT

I'm back down, almost to my recent lowest weight. Getting close to the 170 mark. Can't wait to reach the 160's.

Didn't realize that I missed Wednesday, it has been that kind of week!

Down 1/2 a pound Wed over Wed…a sorry state , but okay still.

We are bathed in pollen right now, so even walking outside from my car to my office or the grocery store etc. leaves me with a sore throat…which is bad as I only got to the gym twice this week.

The flowers are beautiful, so simply blessings!

Have a good week and I'll try to post on Wed! TT

Down 1…1/3 of the way back to where I want to go…now in June 2022, slowly making my way back to pre-covid March 2020.

Have a good week ahead, for me Palm Sunday and then preparations for Easter. TT

I am up to 177.5 on my scale. Gym scale is 4 lbs less. I'm writing the numbers for myself so I can keep track! LOL. My schedule the last two days have not included enough exercise.

Congrats, trmtab, on loss and progress to goal.
