Two days later and no one wants to do N? I'll do N and O then.

Night of Silence (words and music: Daniel Kantor, composed in 1981 and to be sung simultaneously with Silent Night)

    **Silent Night

    *O Come, All ye Faithful

**O Come, O Come, Emmanuel (Veni, Veni Emmanuel, one of the earliest chants, and technically an advent hymn)

**O Holy Night (counts as N and O)

    *O Little Town of Bethlehem

I haven't sung/played Night of Silence, but all the rest * and ** are favorites  of mine.

The only X's related to Christmas carols I could find are composers.
Alfonso X of Castile in the 13th century wrote at least two of the Cantigas de Santa Maria, which are the oldest Iberian Christmas carols written in a vernacular language
Also, Franz Xaver Gruber who wrote "Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht" which is Silent Night.
