Loverly, It's beautiful, but you can tell no one lives in it. There's no way to keep a house that tidy without locking the family out. Wouldn't it be nice to have a view like that?

Wow Magdelene that manages to look both brand new and Victorian at the same time - think it's the book bindings that give it the brand new look.

Lover - YES I would love house like that. One of the things I love about renting a holiday home is complete absence of clutter! Never manage anything remotely like that at real home.

DH can turn a hotel room into a mess faster than you can say diddly squat. He picks up every brochure and at least 2 daily papers. And when we go home he keeps the damn brochures, which are for attractions we don't want to see and adventures we don't want to take. I thought there was hope until we visited his uncle in NY. The uncle's chair was a dead ringer for DH's.

That room meets two of my major criteria: it's busy without being cluttered, and you can never have too many roses.

    Still looking for my kitchen.

Ms. Spookie, I gave in to temptation. Could not help it.

Mag, English style...is it? Nice and cozy. I'm undecided on the kitchens.

Oh my goodness Wren, I think we are married to the same guy!!! He collects every brochure. I have a designated drawer for the brochures. He never looks at them, but I can't toss them

Wren - have you kidnapped my husband? :) He almost never throws anything away; drives me bonkers.

I like the Georgica Pond Interiors kitchen - just clean lines and gives me stove envy. :)

I do not have a kitchen picture, but will share my latest selfie with you.

As you can see, I'm really not the kitchen type.

I liked the one with the yellow wall, but I would make the wall turquoise. I don't want a huge kitchen. Ours is tiny, but I would only like it a little bigger. Room for a dishwasher and a little more storage. A pantry would be nice.

Like the sunflower kitchen but the bar stools look like they ought to go boing, boing, boing (like springs). Think I would pass on those!

    Onco - Smokin' hot!

    Love the selfie equation!
