Years ago I was at a wedding reception dinner in a hotel. Waitress serving BROCCOLI in a cheese sauce going round the tables offering "Cauliflower? Cauliflower?" always wondered did she think it was very unripe.

There are hundreds. Mostly all are blue. Maybe not ready for primetime. Is there a possibility that they are programmed to pick the blue at the last second. programming is possible. But how would they ever keep it a secret?
