I'm practically foaming at the mouth. Read again that a list of people (sounds to be mainly at this point, military personnel) involved with troop withdrawal from Afghanistan are being put on a list to check into for possible court martial and what got me was that perhaps even charged with treason. That is punishable by death.
We withdrew when we did because we had too — per what was set up by Trump before he left office in 2020. Not sure how this may play out, but I do know that the only hope is that people (whomever Trump gets to do his bidding) hopefully will not let things go that far. I know many of his people will do anything for him, but at the same time — this same "look" should be including many that were in the Trump WH.
I do think when it comes time to start some of these things that people will start looking at the goings on. It seems to me so many of them hired him to lower prices — not get even. It hard to try and remain cool, calm and use some reasoning powers — even knowing a lot of that doesn't faze the stupid one.
