Ruth the meme is hilarious. The ones that get me are the ones that just roar with the truth. I'm amazed but I do think it wild that even some maga are edgy about all the chaos. Some have just enough brain cells to really see (I think it takes a bit to accept the cold hard truth) what is going on and a lot of the danger. I can well understand they are torn — wanting to maintain their political identity but knowing how wrong and destructive it has become.
I have to admit (although I've almost always been willing to vote for who I thought was the best person no matter what party) that I'd likely drag my feet a bit if I thought I had to give up being a Democrat or openly admit my party had gone to the dogs — and no offense to dogs which we love.
I read on the way here how FG's handlers are leaking items about Musk (knowing all the damages which in fact, tend over and over to make FG look weak and meaningless) in the hopes it will I guess stir FG to finally demand that he leave Washington and get out of the 'presidential' business. We will have to see. I do wonder in his delusional world now how often you have to re-enforce information to get it to stick as to taking any action.
Also read that Reps. are hoping that Susie Wiles will speak to FG about this — the Musk problem. They all know that they are going to be looked at, questioned, and likely heavily blamed for what Musk does but so far, they remain the gutless wonders they have been for a long time. They are hoping that someone else take on their 'dirty' work. I would imagine they might fear getting in front of FG in fear that he focusses on them at some point soon, thereafter, totally forgetting Musk is the subject.
