    Some days it is really difficult to feel any sense of positiveness or keeping up. There is so much of rt. wing information splattered all over the news and to hear it said — things are just fine in Trump world. While they get away with way more than they should, they are also getting shut down a lot as well.

    I do think they will keep trying for the most part to present a rosy picture, but there are a lot of upset Reps. in the general population as well as GOP. So, we have to dig out what seems positive to us. I'm still mainly skimming news — even at times the more positive news from the left. I don't want to get TOO hopeful although I do think we have enough reasons. It is easier to try and keep everything a bit more on an even keel. Less surprise and less hurt that way.

    This is going to turn out however it turns out and I'm here and I'm going to have to deal with whatever it is that comes. I do hope that is mainly highly favorable to Democrats, but I am not going to drown myself early with things that may never come to pass — no matter what they are. I read and hope and don't tune in too strongly. It is part of my survival mechanism.

    All the above are so correct. I did get a bit amused at the look on the psychiatrist's face as he was typing. It's permanent on the face of a lot of us. Part of Trump is that he actually gets away with so much — part is for obscuring what he really doesn't want you to focus on and the other again is because so many are sure someone else is the right person to take care of it and will — but they don't either.

    Anyway, there is always something of horror.

    I know we have always had people who were like this, but I think my surprise is that there are so many and furthermore so many in the government. Seems to me the amt on the rt. is somewhat staggering.
