I have watched South Park since it was a Christmas card shared over a burgeoning world wide web. Matt and Trey have no qualms lampooning anyone for anything, even things they are sympathetic towards. They are equal-opportunity satirists. Long-time South Park fans instantly recognized the tRump-Saddam Hussein animation connection. It was an iconic characterization in the series' history.
Considering that they just inked a $1.5B contract with … wait for it … Paramount! - it's also a huge double-dog-dare in the face of Colbert being cancelled for calling a bribe a bribe. This was an interesting commentary on the subtext and metatext of the 27th season premiere.

Can anyone really quite ever know what is going on with many people who don't want certain information to get out. Trump is as dumb as you can get and still get around and most of his people are there for loyalty and barely have brains at all between them. Put them all in a basket and you can't tell one from the other that way.

For the most part people in Scotland don't think much of the Loon and would as soon he not show, but he has a golf course there — along with his own personal sense of huge entitlement. A lot of people wouldn't go where they are not wanted — the Loon likes to get in your face.

I looked around a bit after the meme about former Pres. Obama suing Trump and it seems some think the Loon is only worth about 2 billion right now. It sounded like a best guess sort of thing at that. I think there are a number of pending lawsuits that would come before any 'new' ones. This is one of the reasons I think a lawsuit would produce more attention (and some likely new information) than anything else.
Just as much has to be guessed at — some of what is owed would be perhaps guessed at as well. Some monetary judgements are lowered before payment, and other things might occur to cancel all or part of a debt. Even those factors though might not help the Loon from being all but penniless. I frankly don't know how anyone can completely keep up (not even factoring in a huge ability to learn to hide info/tax returns, etc.) when you get into the numbers of income and outgo that a person like the Loon has. He also is not paying ( as far as I know ) some of the judgements against him and so they are accruing a great deal of interest to be added on the end of the judgement.
