Steroid let down? Who has this

Ok so I’ve had my first chemotherapy Wednesday. Today is Friday and I feel steroid let down. I’m not sick, just sad and kinda tired. I hate steroids they just lift you way up and throw you down.

Is there anyone else that have felt this way after the steroids wear off?

Thanks

Yes!! I just had this experience after taking steroids for radiation therapy. I thought I was depressed from the fatigue, but now I'm thinking it was the crash after the steroid. You are not alone. The good part was that a few days later it cleared and I felt wonderful. You are not alone. Best of luck!

Yes! I hate the “wired” feeling it gives me too. Going to see if my MO can adjust the dexamethasone.
