    Does anyone have ribs that easily become tender. I am 13 years out from radiation and 10 years out on arimidex. My ribs could be fine and then if carry something and it hits my rib they become super tender and takes a while to heal. But overall the tenderness never really goes away.

    Hi @susanjul07, and welcome to the community!

    It depends on the type of radiation but, as you can read on our main site, in very rare cases, radiation may weaken the ribs, which could explain some of the tenderness you're feeling. Hopefully, someone with a similar experience can share their tips or insights.
