Tonsils Issues

Hi Everyone!

I had my second covid vaccine dose last June 2021 which caused lymph nodes to light up during my petscans including my tonsils . Doctors don’t seem to be too concerned since there has been regression in intensity and size with regards to my lymph nodes and even if my tonsils are still highly reactive, they are symmetrical. but they still bother me when i swallow, they still feel inflamed . was wondering if anyone has experienced long term inflammation of tonsils and what did you do to fix it?
