Post lumpectomy for ALH

Hi,

I had my MRI/biopsy around March 2022. Found ALH in my left breast. Had lumpectomy to remove the ALH in May. Pathology was clear of any additional atypical in the margins. Its been almost 3 months. I do get on and off stinging pain in my left breasts. I also have clogged nipples like situations around my periods. Have had this problem for over 1 year right after I stopped breast feeding and pumping for my little one. The oncologist said this is due to the oil glands that get clogged as they did not see anything abnormal in that region. Would like to know if anyone else have had similar experiences after lumpectomy.
