Arm pain 1+ week after vacuum core biopsy?

I tried to find the answer to this but haven't -- I've been getting some arm pain in the upper and lower portion of the arm next to the breast that had a vacuum-assisted core biopsy last week --- the incision is in the side of the breast next to the armpit.
Could the radiologist (not a breast specialist) have hit a nerve causing this? It's intermittent tingles of pain both in the forearm and in the inner bicep area. Is it just going to take a little time to heal? It's similar to the twinges of pain I've been having in the breast since the biopsy.
