here is a short article describing the Nottingham score — but it’s essentially helping the doctors determine the “grade” of you cancer. The grade describes the expected aggressiveness — with grade 1 cancers being less aggressive and grade 3 cancers being more aggressive. The grade, along with other characteristics — such as the size of the tumor, the ki67 score, and whether it’s positive or negative for ER, PR, and HER2 — help the doctors decide on the best treatment plan for your specific cancer.

    hope that helps!

Your tumor tested positive for estrogen receptors although not a high positive, negative for progesterone receptors, and you are waiting for confirmation on whether you have enough HER2 receptors to qualify as a HER2+ positive tumor. Your Fish score will determine that and you will probably receive it back in a couple of days. Your Ki 67% is low which is considered positive although not all labs test for it. But it can mean your tumor isn't growing that fast. With a low ER positive tumor you'll qualify for endocrine therapy and that is also considered positive.
