Strange feelings

I've had strange feelings in my left breast, armpit and upper back. It's not like pain, more like numbness. The ultrasound discovered a very small lump BIRADS 4 in my left breast 3mm. I'm going to get a biopsy done, but I kept wondering what caused the uncomfortableness. I do have LCIS in the left breast and the lump was removed a few years ago.
