    Thank you so much for providing the transcripts for these - it makes all the difference for me!

    This was very interesting and gave me some fodder for my appointment with an integrative oncologist tomorrow. I have been taking collagen for skin/vanity reasons, and I want to check with her about that for sure.

    I think my recent big question about nutrition though is how food is tested for nutrients, and how much depends on the soil in which the food is grown. I read that brazil nuts are not necessarily actually a good selenium source unless grown in selenium rich environments. That really made me wonder about other plant foods too, especially in the US where there is relatively little regulatory oversight of farming practices.
