Hi, I had HER2+ stage 1 breast cancer in 2016. Had a mastectomy with chemo for 12 weeks and Herceptin for a year. Does anyone know if it's ok to have a protein powder that may contain soy? It states, may contain soy. Is soy bad for breast cancer survivors? Thank you for any responses.

Hi @drained6513, I posted a link to the Memorial Sloan Kettering herb and supplement website which gives information about soy among other things. It looks like soy is OK but it can interact with tamoxifen and AIs.
