I listened to Dr. DeMichele’s podcast here on BCO after getting my BCI test results (high risk but no benefit to continue HT). I sent an email to her inquiring about the trial. CLEVER is no longer enrolling but there is the PALAVY phase II trial that is ongoing. There are different locations in the US. I am not enrolled in PALAVY but did consult about it.

Hi! As i saw it, on Palavy trial, the number of people to enroll is 96.

As i am from Romania, i don t think i have any chance.

I was thinking to talk to my oncologist and to folow one of the four options from.the study. I was thinking avout hydroxychloroquine and cdk 4, 6 inhibitor ( i am currently on ribociclib, due to an early acces from Novartis).
