Triple Negative Breast cancer with brain metastasis
My wife was on Trodelvy and showed no progression in the body and brain during the last scans. But her latest MRI is showing new brain Mets though she’s asymptomatic and the doctor is wondering if they should stop Trodelvy.
Has anyone had this situation with your loved ones and has Trodelvy pumped straight to the brain via a catheter has worked? If not, are there other drugs or clinical trials that you all can recommend?
I’m desperate to keep my wife alive and looking for suggestions

Saimax, I am sorry about the new brain mets that showed up in your wife's MRI. I am stage IV but not triple negative/don't have brain mets. However, I know of quite a few women who post on these discussion boards that have had brain mets radiated and are doing well. Look for the Brain Mets Sisters discussion in the stage IV only forum. Hang in there.
