Taxol liver toxicity

Hi , my name is Gaudys . Recently Dx with inflammatory breast Cancer , ER 100% +, PR -, Her2 -, grade 3.
Currently on my chemo , liver enzymes are high and my Dr decreased taxol by 20% , made me worried about treatment efficiency on shrinking my tumor . Anyone on the same boat? I also have moderate neuropathy as a side effect
