Verzenio and implant complications

Hello,

I am excited to join this virtual community. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October of 23, stage 2 with one lymph node involvement. I did a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation and I'm now taking anastrazole, lupron injections and had been on Verzenio for 7 months. About 3-4 months after taking Verzenio, I developed some redness on my non-cancer side breast in the underside of the breast. This progressed and got worse over 3-4 months and has resulted in a surgery that I just completed. It looks like a bruise but it's actually a vascular issue with my blood vessels getting compressed. It seems like the alloderm disintegrated.

I just had surgery this week to fix the issue. My plastic surgeon had to excise and fix the skin that had gotten very red and extremely thin. He put in a new implant. He said there was about a mm between my implant and my skin. My plastic surgeon and oncologist suspect that maybe Verzenio did this to my breast but we aren't sure. Has anyone else experienced this?
