Just an Update....its been a quiet few weeks....
Hello all. We have had impressive results since we started treatment in late January. Nadia has noticed a significant reduction in the size of the tumor in her breast. We should get a scan in the coming weeks, and hopefully (God willing) NED is found in her liver. She is feeling good and has had very mild symptoms from her treatment. We feel very blessed.
I had to take a step back from this site. So many sad stories and so much trauma centered around this disease. Its something to try to embrace and accept this disease for what it is when results vary so much. We are doing well. The initial trauma of the diagnosis has worn off and we have settled back into a fairly normal routine. There isnt much conversation that centers around the disease in our house at this time. We pray that it stays this way and are hoping for great news in the coming weeks.
