I have a TNBC, 4mm.

My doc said no chemio but I am so so afraid.

Please, could smb share an Experience?

Please speak with your oncologist about why they think chemo is not appropriate and if you are still not convinced, please consider a second opinion. In terms of treatment, more is not always better and over treatment can create problems as well. Take care

If you are in the USA, most insurances will cover a second opinion for cancer treatment. A lot of top ranked cancer centers offer remote second opinions based on scanning.

Also is the doc you mentioned your medical oncologist or your surgical oncologist? Surgeons can make guesses but they don't make treatment decisions post-surgery.

@isabellaf Sorry you are dealing with TNBC. I agree with the comments above if you're not comfortable with this decision seek another. You need to feel confident that you are getting the best care for your situation. There are many talented oncologists and some even specialize in TNBC. Be well.
