Hi @bethh312, I'm sorry you are joining us here. Since you are triple positive both the ER+ and HER2+ receptors are treated. HER2+ is generally treated with chemo and trastuzumab, an antibody that slows down the growth of HER2. Here is a link to the triple positive thread.
