Armra Colostrum

So ~ I had a double mastectomy in 2016 , my cancer was estrogen driven, but was caught early…I am an otherwise healthy almost 74 year old (I feel like 50, most days 🙊)

However, now I have a concern ~ my grandaughter had told me about “Armra,” which is a colostrum powder. She takes it to ward off viruses; so, of course, I thought, “why not?” I began taking it approximately six months ago…..until I recently learned that most colostrum on the market contains estrogen. So, I researched this particular brand and, their claim is, that most, if not all estrogen has been extracted from their product.

But, now I am fearful that I’ve read~introduced this monster called “estrogen,” back into my body 🥴

What are your thoughts on this?
