Finally got mamo + US diagnostic of Lower inner quadrant mass , 2 months
…. was Palpable on exam firm & fixed. Is slower growing Left lower inner quadrant nearer to breast bone. 2 months or so ago found it and then felt like very tiny hard pebble at first . Now feels more irregular & pronounced not hard to find at all anymore. No outer breast or skin signs or symptoms
1cm approx . Hypechoic mass ,echogenic halo, angular margins spiculated margins. “Abuts” the skin (-superficial just under skin I guess …?)
Bi-rad 4 - suspicious
Waiting & deciding a needle biopsy soon. Or wait to see how it progresses or grows, or request further imaging
Me 🤔….. sclerosing adenosis ? Or other benign mass , or a type of Skin tumor / cancer ?
Breast Cancer so far out in that quadrant near breast bone , and closer or in contact with skin surface …???
