Recurrent Breast Issue

Forgive the longer post. I'll try to be as concise as possible. To preface, I am non-lactating due to having a hysterectomy in 2019. I am 36 years old. Back in 2022, I had an excisional biopsy for a fibroadenoma in my left breast. About one month later, I developed a seroma and had it drained. Fast forward to 2024, I developed an abscess in the left breast and had it drained 3x due to antibiotics not working. I was referred for surgery after the third time. The first surgery didn't work, so I went in two weeks later for another one. I was good until February 2025 when I developed yet another abscess. This infection resulted in a hard spot on my areola and another swollen area on my breast with a lump underneath. This breast has also become very painful. I am on vitamin E and evening primrose oil, but neither seem to be helping. I go for screening every 6 months due to being high risk, but my mammogram has been changed to a MRI. The MRI is what caught my fibroadenoma initially. It was not caught on mammograms or ultrasounds. Has anyone ever had recurring infections like this? Apparently I am an odd case and surgeons don't know what to do with me. I have been referred to an infectious disease doctor as well to make sure I am not a carrier of anything. I have been referred to 3 different ones and have yet to hear back from one. Just wondering if anyone has a similar experience. Trying to keep my mind from going to negative places. Thanks!

Hi my only thought is next time they go in ask results of the pathology report to know what the culture is for example, a certain type of bacteria may be resistant. Just my personal thoughts and what I would do. Wishing you positivity and peace ☮️
