Anyone every tried mistletoe therapy

Options

Hello. I am new to this forum — actually I am new to any forum. This is my first-ever post of this nature. I have had a lumpectomy and radiation and now I'm taking estrogen suppression medications for 5 years. I want to do whatever I can to ensure this cancer never returns.

Has anyone added mistletoe therapy to their treatment plan? I have heard mixed opinions about its effectiveness, especially for those of us who did not have to undergo chemo. Would appreciate advice or insights.

Thanks

Isn't that what Suzanne Somers took? I could be wrong.

Hi @kikiw714 and we're glad you found us here . Here is some information on Mistletoe from Memorial Sloan Kettering website: Mistletoe

And, yes, indeed, Suzanne Somers publicly stated that she took mistletoe as part of her alternative cancer treatment for breast cancer. We believe, though uncertain, iIt was part of a broader range of treatments and therapies she explored, including conventional treatments like surgery and radiation.

Definitely consult with your treatment team before taking this, or any, supplement ❤️
