IBC concerns
I’m 37 with a mom and grandma BRCA1 positive. Grandmother had IBC twice so I have some concerns. Here are my symptoms:
7/10- rolled over in middle of the night with breast pain in right breast
Lightning shock pain started and inflamed right breast (continuous since 7/14) Breast felt like mastitis
7/16 Seen in office, pain was only when touching the area or when having Lightning pains
7/18 breast started feeling like “let down” when breastfeeding, continuous
7/21 mammogram and US clear
7/23 breast pain intensified, constant Motrin or tylonel, all other symptoms still present, bloodwork labs were fine with no infection
7/24 breast exam in office (pain started spreading to lymph nodes and upper breast) Almost like when I touch the area, it intensifies the pain, consistent dull pain all day
7/25 worst day of pain so far, back pain starts every morning, feels like a pulled muscle
7/26 dull pain isn’t as bad, swelling in lymph nodes feels better, lightning pain still present, pain is above nipple at times, doesn’t feel like pulled muscle today, let down feeling is strong
I have a MRI in 2 weeks, no fever, no infection, no skin issues. Would MRI tell us if it’s related to a nerve issue? Anyone have similar symptoms?
