DDX41 gene mutation

anyone else have a DDX41 gene mutation and considering chemotherapy? I was just told I have this mutation and it can increase my risk of developing leukemia. I am concerned about starting chemo as this may increase risk of leukemia later on. This seems to be a “newer” discovery with genetic testing so wondering if anyone else has come across this or has information on it?
