Afinitor - anyone have input?
Hello out there, I am switching from Verzenio after bone mets have spread to possibly multiple organs. Still waiting for PET and results. Tumor markers climbing along with liver enzymes. One of the meds I am being told is next for me is Afinitor (everolimus). Info I have been given is not sounding like it’s going to be tolerable. And I cannot find any threads here other than from maybe 2014 -2016. If anyone has anything to share I would appreciate hearing from you! Thank you!

It does not appear there are many on this medication. That is discouraging. Thank you for your help though.

Here is a more recent thread. My only connection to it is severe pneumonitis, something you really need to watch out for on this med. Hopefully it will be tolerable and effective for you
