Needle-like pain

in Not Diagnosed But Worried

Good morning,

Last night; left breast (the one that isn’t problematic) one specific spot, sharp needle-like pain when changing positions, there was even a slight bruise. I felt a small bump/lump/cyst don’t know how to categorize it. I’m fllwd bi-annually since lumpectomy 9/5/24 for ALH and two large radial scars. My last clinical exam was 9/05/25 my last MRI with Gadolinium 8/28/25, all was fine. It’s the weekend so…Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you.

    Fllw up: needle like pain & subsequent nodule stayed hard…dr wants mammo & Ultrasound, 31st will know more.
