I don't get this. Please forgive my ignorance as I have had a single mastectomy but no reconstruction (at least not yet).

Angelina has had reconstruction so what scars would she be showing? In the photo she has her hands over her breasts?

I commend her openness about her cancer journey just don't get this part

I had reconstruction and there are plenty of scars to show.

her scars are probably under her breasts (like a rounded “w”) plus, maybe, a scar from underneath centered, up to each nipple, like an anchor. A good plastic or breast surgeon can do a great job hiding scars. Remember too that she didn’t have cancer - it was preventative surgery so her Drs could do a great job hiding scars.
