Feeling ignored

hi, I’m 42

Recently had a mammogram as I have found a new lump. I have been told it’s a cyst and that is normal ‘for me’ however, this isn’t normal for me. This is new. No biopsy was taken and just told to continue checking and come back if anything changes. I’ve been doing lots of research and there appears to be so many mis- diagnosis of cysts that turn out to be cancerous. Something inside me is telling me to keep on and request a biopsy, I’ve attached an image from my ultrasound. I’d be keen to hear your thoughts. Thank you in advance
