I became a dedicated vegan in 2012 after experiencing a brain tumor which was a met from breast cancer. I have been well ever since I had Traditional Brain surgery and a novel type of radiation stereotactic..

I began collecting all my recipes and I’ve written the vegan healthy diet cookbook.. It is available from me.

I have also included some healthy ways to sprout and use essential oils in the appendix of the book. I keep experimenting with gluten-free bread., but I have some great gluten-free, sugar-free brownie recipe recipes soup recipe, recipes, and basic lentil stew that I rely upon. I do use plant based meatless meats for all my recipes and it’s very easy to follow this cookbook.. I also recommend a salad a day. Lots of greens and I did juicing at one time and I have juice recipes.. I am so grateful to be well again and I am disabled in my right hand so I had a hard time publishing this book.
