Should Phytoestrogen foods be avoided in ER+?

Hello everyone,
I have been recently diagnosed with Stage 2a BC Grade 3 IDC HR+ Her2 neg. Currently I am on Letrozole.
Should I avoid foods with phytoestrogens like soy, berries, flaxseeds, walnuts, dates, prunes?
