Benign adenosis with discordant results
I have a 17mm lump in my left breast. The imaging (mammogram and ultrasound) looked highly suspicious (e.g., BIRADS 3), but the two separate biopsies only showed benign adenosis, therefore, the results are discordant. I am also experiencing nipple discharge (yellow colour).
At this stage, I have declined to have a lumpectomy and removal of lymph nodes.
Does anyone have a similar diagnosis and how are you dealing with it?
