    This was an interesting podcast. I was actually describing some issues I'm having with my Internist last week. She said that it sounded like what I needed was actually palliative care but that she knew that the oncologist/cancer center where I go really doesn't have anything like that and that she didn't really have any suggestions where I could go for help where I live. I know I've said this before, but I really wish there were more discussions on what to do if there isn't help for multiple choices of doctors or care where someone lives and if traveling by oneself would be difficult.
