Weird black bumps on prosthesis
I have a silicon? prosthesis. All of a sudden today I discovered these weird little black bumps on it bumping up from under the surface. It's not on the side close to the chest, it on the side furthest from the body. This is a really bad time for this to happen. Has anyone ever seen something like this? Does anyone have any idea if this is normal, or what it is? If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know.
I don't know if I am posting this to the correct area, so I hope I did this right.

@jbc3, have you been traveling recently, with your prosthesis? It is not uncommon for silicone breast forms to develop temporary air bubbles due to air pressure changes from elevation changes (such as that experienced by flying, or traveling to different altitudes). These air bubbles can appear as small black dots within your prosthesis and should go away on their own within a couple weeks. If the prosthesis has not been subjected to any known air pressure changes, or If the spots are persisting, you may want to consult with the provider you purchased them from.

Thank you!!! That explains it. I was worried it was going to break open or something before I could get a replacement. I can sleep better now. Thanks again!!!
